When you create your personal account we may ask for your contact information such as name, last name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number. If you choose to refer a friend to our Site, we may also collect your friend’s email address so that we may send them a referral or promotional code to sign up for our Site.

Payment Information

When you add your financial account information to your Account, that information is directed to our third-party payment processor through a secure connection. We do not store your financial account information on our systems; however, we have access to and may retain, subscriber information through our third-party payment processor.

User Content

Our "Site" feature allows you to publicly post content on our Site. By registering for our Community, you agree that your profile information and the content you post may be viewed and used by other users and third parties we do not control.

Communications

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.

Google 2FA Privacy Policy

User Data Handling

Our application utilizes Google's Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) services to enhance account security. In compliance with Google API Service User Data Policy, we are committed to transparently describing how we access, use, store, and share Google user data.


Access

Our application accesses Google user data solely for the purpose of implementing Two-Factor Authentication. This includes information necessary for authentication processes but is strictly limited to the scope defined in our privacy policy.


Usage

Google user data is used exclusively for the authentication process during the Two-Factor Authentication setup and verification. We do not use this data for any other purposes, and access is limited to the minimum required for a secure and seamless user experience.


Storage

We store Google user data temporarily during the authentication process and do not retain it beyond the necessary timeframe required for verification. The data is securely handled, and we follow industry best practices to safeguard user information.


Sharing

We do not share Google user data with any third parties. The data obtained during the 2FA process is used solely for authentication purposes within our application.
